Two letters from Chicago criminologist Dr. Orlando F. Scott enclosing documention on the use of the cardio-pneumograph in Buffalo in August, 1935. This was the first time a lie detector was used in a federal courtroom in New York State. Includes a newspaper article from the Buffalo Courier-Express, a Coronet magazine article, and testimonials for tests administered by the National Detection Deception Laboratories.
